Maximus seeks a Senior Human Performance Advisor to serve as a principal technical expert supporting POTFF program leadership. You will guide strategic planning, policy development, and the integration of human performance services across global SOF units, including readiness and well‑being initiatives.

The role requires a high level of expertise, with multi‑year experience, advanced credentials, and a focus on evidence‑based practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years of experience in the relevant function.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Develops solutions to complex problems requiring ingenuity and innovation.
• Solutions may serve as precedent for future decisions.
• Expert in field within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Function as an enterprise-wide technical authority for POTFF program.
• Assist domain lead with program oversight for Components, HQ and TSOCs.
• Lead strategic planning, policy development, and data integration efforts.
• Mentor a network of embedded health and performance professionals.
• Drive advanced training, research, and communications for HP initiatives.
• Provide expert consultation to senior leaders across USSOCOM and DOW.
