Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years of experience in a consulting function.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Develops solutions to highly complex problems requiring ingenuity and innovation.

• Viewed as an expert in the field within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Function as enterprise-wide technical authority for the POTFF program area.
• Assist in domain program oversight for Components, HQ, and TSOCs.
• Lead strategic planning, policy development, and data integration efforts.
• Direct and mentor a network of embedded health/performance professionals.
• Drive creation and dissemination of training, research, and communications.
