Maximus seeks a Senior Human Performance Advisor to serve as a principal technical expert supporting the POTFF program. The role provides strategic guidance, programmatic oversight, and technical expertise to plan, develop, and synchronize Human Performance services for SOF personnel and families.

U.S. citizenship and a Secret security clearance are required. The position emphasizes readiness, policy recommendations, and evidence-based program support across enterprise HP initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years of management consulting or health/fitness performance experience.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Develops solutions to highly complex problems requiring ingenuity and innovation.
• Solutions may serve as precedent for future decisions.
• Expert in field within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a principal technical expert supporting the POTFF program and SOF human performance initiatives.
• Provide strategic guidance, programmatic oversight, and technical expertise to plan, develop, and synchronize HP services.
• Lead development of policies, readiness enhancements, training, and evidence-based program support.
• Mentor and lead a network of HP professionals across USSOCOM.
• Drive training, research, and communications to advance human performance initiatives.
