Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Senior Human Performance Advisor to serve as a principal technical expert supporting POTFF. This role delivers strategic guidance, programmatic oversight, and technical expertise to plan, develop, and sync Human Performance services for SOF personnel and their families.

The position requires U.S. citizenship with a Secret clearance eligibility, and is a senior, enterprise-wide advisory role focused on readiness, policy, training, and research dissemination across USSOCOM and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5-7 years of consulting experience in the designated function.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Develops solutions to highly complex problems requiring ingenuity and innovation.
• Solutions may serve as precedent for future decisions.

Responsibilities

• Function as an enterprise-wide technical authority for POTFF within HQ USSOCOM.
• Assist supervisory domain lead with domain program oversight for Components, HQ, and TSOCs.
• Develop oversight and compliance documentation for site-assist visits and inspections.
• Lead strategic planning, policy development, and data integration efforts.
• Mentor a network of embedded operational health and/or performance professionals.
• Drive creation and dissemination of advanced training, research, and communications.
• Provide expert consultation to senior leaders across USSOCOM and DOW.
• Champion innovation and evidence-based practices to optimize SOF human performance.
