Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years of experience in a consulting function.
• Advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Function as enterprise-wide technical authority for POTFF within HQ USSOCOM.
• Oversee domain program oversight for Components, HQ, and TSOCs.
• Develop oversight and compliance documentation for site visits and inspections.
• Lead strategic planning, policy development, and data integration for readiness across global SOF units.
• Mentor embedded health and performance professionals.
• Create and disseminate training, research, and communications for human performance initiatives.
• Consult senior leaders to align human performance strategies with operational needs.
