Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Senior Human Performance Advisor to serve as a principal technical expert supporting the POTFF program and enterprise human performance initiatives for SOF personnel and their families.

This role requires U.S. citizenship and an active Secret clearance or eligibility, with strong emphasis on strategic guidance, policy development, and evidence-based program support across USSOCOM.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree preferred.
• Develops solutions to highly complex problems which require a high degree of ingenuity and innovation.
• Viewed as an expert in field within the organization.
• U.S. citizenship and secret security clearance eligibility required.

Responsibilities

• Function as an enterprise-wide technical authority for POTFF within HQ USSOCOM.
• Assist the supervisory domain lead with domain program oversight for Components, HQ, and TSOCs.
• Perform administrative duties; maintain licensure as needed.
• Develop oversight documentation for site-assist visits and Inspector General inspections.
• Lead enterprise meetings to disseminate information through the chain of command.
• Drive creation and dissemination of advanced training and research in human performance.
