Job summary

ADP is hiring a Sales Representative for Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) to close sales in a defined territory and join award-winning training. You will work with new and existing clients to sell HR solutions and build relationships with HR and executive decision-makers.

You will manage multiple sales processes from lead to implementation, collaborating with internal partners and driving revenue while enjoying a comprehensive compensation package and career advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Positive Self-Starter with upbeat, persistent style and ability to cold call
• Strategic closer with a track record of carrying a quota in outside B2B sales
• Proven winner who thrives under pressure and exceeds quotas
• Three years of B2B sales experience (field sales preferred)
• Military experience helping build teamwork, resilience, negotiation and trust-building
