ADP is hiring a Sales Representative for Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) in a hybrid role. You will close sales in a defined territory, develop new business, and manage relationships with HR and executive decision-makers.

You'll participate in the training program and work with internal partners to tailor ADP solutions that fit client needs. You will use a structured sales process, from initial contact through implementation, with ongoing development and recognition opportunities as you grow

Qualifications

• Positive, self-starting attitude with ability to handle multiple stages of the sales process.
• Proven track record of carrying a quota in outside B2B sales.
• Ambitious and thrives under pressure to exceed sales quotas.
