Job summary

Tubi seeks a strategic Sr. HRBP (Tech) to partner with Engineering and Product leaders, driving high-performance culture and talent programs. This role is an individual contributor reporting to the VP of People, with hybrid work based in San Francisco.

You will manage the annual talent cycle, develop people programs, and align HR strategies with business KPIs while collaborating across Talent Management, Total Rewards, and Workplace teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR or People Operations experience in a high-growth company.
• 3+ years supporting technical functions like Engineering and Product.
• 3+ years designing and implementing talent management and employee experience programs, ideally owning a vertical.
• Experience supporting tech organizations and coaching executives.
• Experience creating and driving strategic company-wide initiatives and programs and measuring impact.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with tech management to support organizational objectives and key success factors.
• Provide strategic business partnership and coaching to all levels of leadership.
• Design and drive talent programs shaping cultural values and mission.
• Manage annual talent cycle, including compensation planning and execution.
• Assess development needs, anticipate risks, and lead iteration on ambiguous problems.
• Own stakeholder alignment across Talent Management and Talent Acquisition to drive cross-functional collaboration at scale.
• Lead a talent vertical or initiative in partnership with People Programs, measuring impact over time.
• Oversee administrative responsibilities of the People Operations team to keep processes running efficiently.
• Support onboarding for new hires and conduct off-boarding, analyzing trends for executives.
