Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including HRBP experience supporting technical/professional functions.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate priorities into people strategies.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing decisions in a complex environment.
• Experience leveraging workforce analytics and HR data to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned with business goals and long-term objectives.
• Advise leaders on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent management, employee engagement, and change management.
• Provide coaching on leadership effectiveness, team performance, and employee development.
• Lead workforce planning, skill-gap analysis, and succession planning for critical roles.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to attract and retain technical and professional talent.
