Job summary

Speedy CPS Idaho Falls location seeks an HR Business Partner and Recruiter to align workforce strategies with business goals across multiple sites. The role balances strategic partnership with hands‑on recruiting, supporting an hourly workforce and driving HR standards.

The successful candidate will partner with CHRO and leaders to craft recruiting strategies, manage employee relations, and lead organizational change initiatives while maintaining compliance and data-driven practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, organizational leadership, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in employee relations and manager coaching.
• Ability to assess risk, policy interpretation, and influence leaders at multiple levels.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with division executives, regional leaders, managers, and supervisors.
• Translate plans and labor requirements into workforce plans by location and shift.
• Advise on organization design, staffing models, and management capacity.
• Identify workforce risks and recommend actions on retention, productivity, scheduling, and talent supply.
• Participate in budgeting, headcount planning, and organizational change initiatives.
• Use HR data to diagnose patterns and hold leaders accountable for actions.
