Job summary

You will coach leaders, manage workforce planning, handle employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, payroll support, and compliance, while delivering high‑quality service and fostering a safe, inclusive, high‑performing culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field; 5+ years HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, employee relations, and HR practices.
• Manufacturing, distribution, or industrial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute HR strategies with site leadership to meet operational goals.
• Coach leaders on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
• Lead recruiting and onboarding using Greenhouse ATS; manage background checks.
