Job summary

AlphaGraphics Idaho Falls is seeking an HR Business Partner and Recruiter to align people strategy with business goals across sites. The role blends strategic workforce planning, employee-relations, coaching, and compliant HR practices with hands-on recruitment to fill critical roles.

You will partner with the CHRO and site leaders, support multi-state compliance, and leverage data to drive workforce decisions. Regular travel among locations is expected to build scalable HR programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR, business or related field.
• At least four years of progressive HR experience with employee-relations and coaching responsibilities.
• Experience supporting multi-location, hourly or operational workforces.
• Strong ability to conduct investigations, assess risk, and influence leaders at multiple levels.
• Knowledge of federal/state employment requirements and multi-state compliance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with division leaders to develop workforce plans by location, shift and critical roles.
• Advise on organization design, spans of control and staffing models.
• Lead or support talent acquisition for key openings and staffing needs.
• Manage employee-relations matters with timely, fair investigations and documentation.
• Drive HRIS utilization and workflow improvements across locations.
