Cambia Health Solutions is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to align people strategy with business goals and lead enterprise-level change initiatives. This hybrid role supports the Boise, Lewiston, Salt Lake City, or Renton offices, with commuting distance or relocation as needed.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of HR leadership, strong executive presence, and a proven track record in organization design, workforce planning, and transformational leadership within matrixed environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior-level HR business partnership.
• Experience leading large organizational integrations, transformations, or enterprise change initiatives.
• Experience navigating complex, matrixed organizations and multiple stakeholder environments.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to design and evolve organizational structures aligned to strategy and growth.
• Lead organization design and role clarity, decision rights, spans and layers, and leadership placement.
• Assess organizational health and readiness for change, translating insights into clear actions.
• Serve as a core people leader on large-scale enterprise change initiatives, transformations, and integrations.
