Job summary

Clearwater Analytics in Boise seeks an HR Business Partner to align HR programs with business goals, acting as a strategic advisor to Operations and driving organizational effectiveness, talent acquisition, employee engagement, workforce productivity, and change management.

This role reports to the Global HRBP leader for Operations and involves close collaboration to support HR programs, workforce planning, and cross-functional initiatives, with in-person presence at the Boise office four days a

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of HR experience at senior/generalist level.
• Experience in financial services or technology/Operations environments preferred.
• Willingness to engage directly with employees and managers in person and work across organizational boundaries.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and Microsoft PowerPoint for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze market trends and benchmarks to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support initiatives to drive organizational performance and design, including hiring attrition and productivity.
• Manage workforce plan for Operations, hires, mobility and headcount budgets.
• Support initiatives to improve workforce mix and hiring strategies.
• Assess training program effectiveness and partner with L&D to identify focus areas.
• Support leadership and talent engagement activities for mid-level leaders.
• Analyze employee engagement metrics and survey results with managers to identify improvement areas.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders with data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with HR teams to support organizational initiatives and prepare reports for Operations audiences.
• Lead or participate in HR programs like performance management and employee surveys.
• Coordinate intern hiring, town halls, and AMA sessions with admins and leaders.
