Hancock Whitney Corp. in New Orleans seeks a Regional HR Manager- HR Business Partner Services to provide consultation to assigned business unit leaders on human capital strategies that support business objectives.

This role partners with HR COEs to deliver talent management, succession planning, organizational design, workforce planning, compensation, and engagement initiatives, while guiding change and alignment across the region.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required.
• Minimum of 6 years of HR generalist experience.
• Financial services experience preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
• Ability to work with senior leaders and manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver value-added HR services to business unit management to align talent and business needs.
• Partner with business unit management and HR COEs to provide expert consultation on talent management solutions.
• Support annual, routine, and ad-hoc HR processes and ensure proper handoffs to HR Service Center/COEs.
• Diagnose and analyze current and future talent needs, including workforce planning.
• Facilitate organizational change on major efficiency and process/performance improvement projects.
• Provide succession planning, coaching, and development for high potentials.
