Hancock Whitney Center in New Orleans is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to consult with business leaders on human capital strategies and drive talent, performance, compensation, and organization design initiatives.

You will collaborate with HR Centers of Expertise to deliver integrated talent solutions, navigate regulatory changes, and advise on succession planning, workforce planning, and associate engagement across the unit. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (or equivalent working experience or training).
• A minimum of 6 years of related experience in a large corporate environment is required/preferred.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
• Financial services experience preferred.
• Strong client focus with outstanding judgment, critical thinking, and analytical skills.

Aufgaben

• Deliver value-added services to business unit management to identify and align talent and business needs.
• Partner with business unit management and HR COEs to provide expert consultation on talent management solutions including talent acquisition and development, succession planning, organizational design and development, workforce planning, compensation, performance management, and associate engagement.
• Support HR processes within assigned business units and ensure proper hand-off to HR Service Center or HR COEs as appropriate.
• Work directly with business unit leadership to diagnose and analyze current and future talent needs, including workforce planning and retention strategies.
• Facilitate organizational change on complex change efforts and advise on organizational structure alignment with business demands.
• Facilitate the Non-Executive Talent Review to include succession planning and provide coaching and feedback.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure equity and progression of top talent.
• Collaborate with HR COEs to execute performance and compensation review processes.
