Job summary

Hancock Whitney is seeking an HR Business Partner to provide tactical and strategic consultation on talent management strategies for assigned business units in New Orleans. You will partner with HR COEs to support talent, performance, compensation, organization design and development, and key initiatives aligned with business objectives.

You will diagnose talent needs, facilitate organizational change, and support succession planning for high-potential employees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required.
• Minimum 3 years of related HR generalist experience in a large corporate environment is preferred.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
• Strong client focus with outstanding judgment, critical thinking, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver value-added HR consultation to business unit management on talent management solutions.
• Collaborate with HR COEs to provide integrated HR services and programs.
• Diagnose current and future talent needs and advise on organizational structure and workforce planning.
• Support succession planning and development of high-potential employees.
• Assist in managing performance and compensation review processes in line with policy.
