Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR, OD, education, talent management, or related field.
• 5-7 years of progressive HR, workforce strategy, talent management experience.
• Experience advising and coaching senior leaders through complex talent or organizational challenges.
• Experience in value-based care, healthcare operations preferred.
• Experience in high-growth, multi-site environments.
• Professional certifications (SHRM, coaching, facilitation) preferred.
• Master's degree preferred.

Aufgaben

• Build trusted partnerships with regional and business leaders by understanding strategies, priorities, environment, workforce, and performance challenges.
• Partner with leaders on strategic workforce planning, identifying future talent, capability, capacity, and organizational needs.
• Advise leaders on organization effectiveness, including organization design, team structure, role clarity, and workforce alignment.
• Translate business priorities into talent, leadership, organizational, and capability implications.
• Use data alongside insights to identify emerging needs, risks, and opportunities.
• Monitor retention trends and address risks affecting workforce stability and colleague experience.
• Partner with leaders to interpret engagement data, develop action plans, and improve colleague experience.
• Bring regional intelligence into the Talent Management organization to inform enterprise priorities.
