Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience in fast-paced matrix organizations.
• Advanced skills using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary business partner to build effective teams and achieve business goals.
• Manage and develop HR team members to become future HR leaders and to achieve regional team goals.
• Build deep relationships with stakeholders, including labor unions where applicable.
• Display intellectual curiosity and an analytical mindset with a focus on solutions.
• Influence business leaders and position KDP to attract and retain talent through training, development and reward strategies.
• Leverage COEs for leadership development, strategy and people analytics and recruiting to attract, engage and retain talent.
• Identify root causes and conduct data analysis to propose short- and long-term interventions.
• Improve HR processes, policies and standards to meet local and federal employment laws.
• Think independently to resolve labor relations and employee issues with labor and legal teams if needed.
• Apply analytics to synthesize data, tell the story and make data-driven recommendations.
• Implement HR initiatives to support all the above.
