Addgene is seeking a progressive HR Business Partner, Talent Acquisition to own full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and HR partnerships for assigned teams. You will guide employee relations, compensation, benefits, and engagement while aligning people strategies with business objectives in a hybrid Watertown, MA environment.

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience with talent acquisition
• Full life cycle recruiting expertise
• Strong communication and relationship-building at all levels
• Analytical with recruiting and workforce metrics
• Independent and collaborative work style
• Excellent time management and multi-project handling
• Proficient with HR software and ATS (JazzHR preferred)
• Knowledge of employment laws and compliance

Responsabilidades

• Own full-cycle recruiting with hiring managers on job descriptions and interview processes
• Lead sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers to ensure positive candidate experience
• Develop creative sourcing strategies and participate in career events to attract diverse talent
• Manage the applicant tracking system day-to-day
• Lead onboarding to connect new hires to Addgene's mission and values
