Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR and talent acquisition experience.
• Experience independently managing HR responsibilities.
• Strong recruiting background, including direct-sourcing capability.
• Solid knowledge of U.S. HR practices, including benefits, relations, and compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Strong judgment, ownership, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment efforts for commercial, professional, and management roles through proactive candidate sourcing and development of a talent pipeline.
• Manage day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding and offboarding, coordination of payroll and benefits, maintenance of employee records, and handling employee relations activities.
• Ensure HR practices align with applicable U.S. federal, state, and local employment requirements.
• Coordinate employee performance management activities and partner with department heads to define clear responsibilities and performance expectations.
• Oversee essential HR and office administrative matters.
