Job summary

Addgene is seeking an HR Business Partner, Talent Acquisition to lead full-cycle recruiting and onboarding for the organization. You will partner with hiring managers and the Chief People Officer to design thoughtful roles, interview processes, and selection criteria that attract diverse, top talent aligned with Addgene’s mission.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience with strong talent acquisition expertise.
• HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP/ SCP) a plus.
• Full life cycle recruiting experience and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for the organization, partnering with hiring managers to design thoughtful job descriptions, interview questions, and selection processes.
• Plan and execute recruitment procedures including sourcing, screening calls, assessments, interviews, and offer presentations.
• Develop creative sourcing approaches and represent Addgene at events to attract a diverse workforce.
• Serve as the day-to-day owner of our applicant tracking system.
• Lead the onboarding experience for new hires, tying roles to Addgene's mission and values.
