Job summary

Flowers Foods, Inc. is seeking an Assistant HRBP to assist the HRBP in building advisory relationships with plant leaders and managing HR policies, compensation, training and payroll related tasks.

The role also supports learning and development, succession planning and retention efforts across the facility. You will help administer wage policies, onboarding, recruiting, and employee relations while championing Flowers Foods values and culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years progressive human resources experience.
• Ability to operate with a high degree of freedom within policy framework.

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing HR policies, compensation, training, employee relations and payroll aspects.
• Support advisory relationship with plant leaders and HRBP.
• Help develop talent pipelines and leadership development strategies.
• Administer wage/salary policies and performance management.
• Manage onboarding, recruiting, interviewing and candidate screening.
• Support employee engagement and cultural programs.

Four-year degree in HR management
