Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive human resources experience.
• Ability to operate with a high degree of freedom within corporate policies.

Responsibilities

• Direct HR policies, wage and salary administration, training and development, employee relations.
• Partner with DSD sales leadership as the primary HR strategic advisor for the market.
• Forecast business needs from an HR perspective and support succession planning and retention.
