Job summary

Flowers Foods, Inc. in the Eastern United States seeks a Sales HR Business Partner to serve as the main HR strategic advisor for DSD sales markets and facilities. You will deploy HR strategies and solutions, oversee compensation, training, development, employee relations, and payroll functions.

The role partners with Talent Management to deliver learning opportunities and succession planning, while forecasting business people needs and aligning HR programs to drive growth and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years progressive human resources experience.
• Ability to operate with a high degree of freedom within corporate policies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct HR strategy for assigned sales markets and facilities.
• Advise sales leadership as primary HR partner on people initiatives.
• Oversee sourcing, onboarding, retention, and talent development.
• Manage compensation, training, employee relations, and payroll functions.
• Collaborate with Talent Management to develop leadership and succession plans.
