Flowers Foods, Inc. in the U.S. is seeking a Sales HR Business Partner to lead human resources across Central and Midwest DSD sales markets. You will manage HR policies, compensation, training, employee relations, and payroll functions while partnering with sales leadership to align people strategies with business goals.

The role acts as a trusted advisor to forecast talent needs, drive recruitment, onboarding, retention initiatives, and leadership development. A four-year HR degree is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Four-year degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• Strong advisory and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Directs HR policy execution, compensation, training, and employee relations.
• Partners with DSD sales leadership as primary HR advisor for the market.
• Develops talent pipelines, recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.
• Oversees payroll functions and HR data analytics to inform decisions.
• Ensures compliance with HR policies and safety and equal opportunity guidelines.
