The position requires several years of HR experience in a manufacturing setting, strong knowledge of employment laws, and proficiency with HRIS, payroll, and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of HR experience in manufacturing or production.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Proficiency with HRIS, payroll, and Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Learn and understand Flowers Foods' HR policies, procedures, programs, and compliance standards.
• Assist HRBP with personnel administration, wage/salary administration, safety, benefits, training and development, and employee communications.
• Develop skills to fulfill future HRBP roles and contribute to employee relations initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervision.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures (EEO, Harassment, Safety, Sarbanes Oxley, etc.).
• Support staffing, attendance management, and HR compliance activities.
