Flowers Foods, Inc. is seeking an Assistant HRBP to support plant leaders and manage HR programs across the bakery operations. You will assist in payroll, benefits, training, and employee relations while upholding company values and compliance.

Collaborating with HRBP and Talent Management, you will help develop a strategic talent pipeline, deliver leadership development, and ensure effective onboarding and policy administration. A four-year degree in HR is required.

Competenze

• 3+ years progressive human resources experience.
• Four-year degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• Knowledge of HR policies, wage and salary administration, safety and compliance.
