Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience in large, complex organizations.
• Proven track record in enterprise organizational design and global talent management.
• Expertise in HR technology platforms and AI-enabled HR solutions.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to define and execute talent strategies, including workforce planning and job design.
• Lead organizational design efforts to optimize performance and support transformation.
• Identify performance gaps and shape the employee experience to align with company values.
• Drive leadership development and enhance people leader effectiveness.
• Provide guidance on complex employee relations, using sound judgment and risk considerations.
• Use data and insights to drive strategic HR decisions and demonstrate impact.
• Serve as a catalyst for change during transformation, driving adoption of new approaches across the function.
