Job summary

General Motors Company is seeking a Project Manager to lead HR technology initiatives and operational work with a strong emphasis on Agile delivery and stakeholder alignment. This role partners with HR, technology, product, engineering, and vendors to drive value from intake through implementation and support.

The candidate will facilitate ceremonies, manage backlogs, and translate complex topics into clear updates for leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technology projects in a complex enterprise.
• Ability to create clear project plans, status updates, RAID logs, action trackers, and executive-ready communications.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams including partners, product managers, engineers, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of HR technology projects and BAU work from intake through implementation.
• Define objectives, scope, milestones, success metrics, and delivery plans with stakeholders.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and maintain healthy backlogs through prioritization and refinement.
• Track delivery progress, risks, dependencies, and vendor commitments; provide updates to leadership.
