• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a strategic HR role.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
• Launch talent management processes and communication tools to ensure robust deployment.
• Provide day-to-day performance guidance to line management (coaching, counselling, career development).
• Collaborate with management to design succession plans for key talents and positions.
• Lead Training Plan process and Individual Development Plans with management input.
