Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) in New Jersey to serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders and provide hands-on HR support across functions.

You will partner with leadership to drive employee engagement, talent development, performance management, workforce planning, and HR initiatives aligned with business objectives. Join a growing team and influence major people strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, supporting business leaders.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, employment law, performance management, and talent development.
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers and leadership teams to provide strategic HR guidance and support.
• Advise on employee relations matters, investigations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
• Support talent acquisition, onboarding, succession planning, and workforce planning initiatives.
• Coach leaders on employee development, engagement, and retention strategies.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
• Analyze HR metrics and trends to support business decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assist with organizational changes, change management initiatives, and employee communications.
• Support compensation, benefits, and annual HR programs as needed.
