Ares Management LLC is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to support its Legal, Risk and Compliance businesses. This role will serve as a senior HR advisor to Legal, Risk & Compliance leadership and will play a critical role in shaping and executing the talent and organizational strategies that support the continued growth and evolution of these businesses.

The Senior HRBP will partner closely with senior leaders to build, develop, and retain high-performing teams capable of delivering against

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Advanced Degree preferred.
• Experience: 12-15+ years in progressive HR, including senior HRBP to executives.
• Industry: asset management or financial services preferred.
• Skills: HR advisory, organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, leadership development, change management, and compensation.

Responsabilités

• Act as trusted strategic advisor to Legal, Risk & Compliance leaders/managers.
• Develop and execute talent and organizational strategies to enable growth.
• Lead workforce and headcount planning with leadership to anticipate talent needs.
• Drive succession planning and talent reviews across functions.
• Identify retention risks and development opportunities for critical populations.
• Advise leaders on organizational design, operating models, spans and layers.
• Partner with HR functions on talent acquisition, rewards, and DEI initiatives.
• Leverage analytics to identify trends and inform HR strategies.
