Astrix is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to partner with senior leadership in a hybrid Los Angeles-based role focused on people strategy, organizational effectiveness, and compliance. You will influence culture, drive performance, and support wellness and long-term health initiatives.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, OD, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including HRBP and employee relations.
• Experience advising leaders on performance, org effectiveness, and talent decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic Partnership: Align people strategies with business goals, workforce plans, and priorities.
• Employee Relations & Performance: Manage workplace issues, policy guidance, and performance cycles.
• Talent Acquisition & Development: Partner with hiring managers on role definition and recruitment strategies; support onboarding and leadership development.
• Compensation & Benefits: Support benchmarking, pay equity, and annual cycles with payroll/finance.
• Compliance & Governance: Maintain HR policies aligned with laws; support audits and governance with leadership.
