Ares Management Corporation is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to support Legal, Risk and Compliance. The role advises senior leadership, shapes talent strategy, and partners with executives to align talent with growth objectives.

You will drive workforce planning, succession, and employee development across global functions. The ideal candidate brings 12-15+ years of HR leadership, expertise in organizational design, and strong analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Advanced Degree preferred.
• 12-15+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior HRBP to executives.
• Experience in asset management or financial services is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical capabilities and data-driven decision making.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; Workday or similar HRIS is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Act as trusted strategic advisor to Legal, Risk & Compliance leaders/managers.
• Develop and execute talent and organizational strategies for growth.
• Lead workforce and headcount planning in partnership with leadership.
• Drive succession planning and talent reviews across functions.
• Identify trends and provide data-informed recommendations to improve effectiveness.
• Lead key talent processes (performance, promotions, compensation, succession) across the org.
• Partner with senior leaders to retain top talent and address gaps.
• Provide guidance on organizational design and effectiveness.
