Job summary

Ares Management LLC is seeking a Senior Associate for the Corporate Strategy Group with a focus on Human Capital M&A, Transformation, and Strategic Projects. You will help evaluate acquisitions, shape integration strategies, and drive workforce transformation across HR, Technology, Finance, Legal, and Compliance.

Reporting to the Managing Director of HR M&A and Project Management, you will partner with senior leaders to translate objectives into roadmaps, manage cross-functional workstreams, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Finance, HR, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in investment banking, HR, M&A integration, corporate strategy, or transformation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with workflows and governance.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate acquisitions and growth initiatives focusing on human capital and operating model considerations.
• Lead HR integration programs; manage governance, risk, and dependency tracking.
• Shape transformation programs to improve scalability, governance, and enterprise value.
• Partner across HR, Technology, Legal, Finance, and Compliance to drive execution.
