Job summary

Ares Management is seeking a Senior Associate to join the Global HR Operations team. HR Operations partners with the broader HR organization and business to deliver high-touch, global services across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, background screening, employee data management, compliance, and HR program administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5-7 years of HR Operations experience.
• Experience executing employee lifecycle operations within a global organization.
• Hands-on experience with Workday is required; experience with ServiceNow, case management, and other workflow tools preferred.
• Working knowledge of HR operational controls, data integrity, compliance requirements, and employee service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute assigned employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, background screening, migrations, changes, offboarding) with accuracy and timeliness.
• Serve as a trusted resource for employees, managers, and HR partners; resolve inquiries and complex operational matters.
• Manage and enhance the U.S. New Hire Orientation program with key stakeholders.
• Identify and lead opportunities to streamline processes, strengthen controls, and improve service delivery.
