Job summary

Ares Management LLC is seeking a Senior Associate to join the Global HR Operations team. You will manage core HR operational processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, background screening, immigration support, transfers, changes, and offboarding, ensuring accuracy and a consistent employee experience.

You will partner with employees, managers, and HR colleagues to drive improvements, enhance service delivery, and strengthen compliance and scalability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; HR certifications preferred.
• 5–7 years of HR Operations experience in fast-paced environments.
• Hands-on Workday experience; familiarity with ServiceNow and workflow tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize employee lifecycle operations including onboarding, background checks, transfers, changes, and offboarding.
• Identify and lead process improvements to strengthen controls and service delivery.
• Coordinate HR compliance, governance, audits, and reporting; ensure data integrity in Workday.
• Manage HR programs and cross-functional projects with clear ownership and timely execution.
