Job summary

SI Solutions, LLC is seeking an HR Business Partner to lead HR operations and strategic workforce initiatives from our San Jose, CA office with a hybrid schedule. The role covers talent acquisition, onboarding, total rewards, performance, development, and employee relations to enable growth and organizational excellence.

The ideal candidate brings a generalist background with 5+ years in HR, strong laws knowledge, and experience with ADP Workforce Now.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably with 2+ years as a business partner or strong HR generalist experience.
• SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar HR certification preferred.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practices.
• Experience managing HR policies, compliance programs, and employee documentation.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now onboarding, talent management, and benefits/ACA compliance.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and effectively resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead Organizational Development and Workforce Planning with BU leaders to scale teams.
• Administer year-end performance reviews, self-assessments, and goal setting.
• Partner with Payroll to administer merit and bonus processes and design competitive packages.
• Counsel managers on leadership effectiveness and team health; conduct workplace investigations.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to design and execute programs; leverage HR analytics.
