Qualifications

• Undergraduate studies in human resources, business administration or related field, along with HR certification, preferred.
• Ten or more years of diverse HR experience.
• Proven ability to advise, champion culture, enable talent, and lead change while maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted, strategic advisor to senior executives, shaping HR strategies.
• Provide strategic insights and coaching to address complex challenges for informed decisions.
• Partner with leaders to foster an inclusive, values-driven associate experience.
• Assess talent needs and support succession planning, performance management, and leadership development.
• Build cross-functional partnerships to align HR programs with business priorities.
• Lead complex HR initiatives that drive performance and talent development.
• Design workforce and succession readiness strategies with COEs and executives.
• Use data and metrics to anticipate workforce needs and measure results.
• Ensure compliant HR practices aligned with regulatory and reputational standards.
