Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to support Global E-Commerce Operations in Seattle. You’ll drive performance reviews, learning and development, and employee retention while refining processes and partnering with key stakeholders to translate business plans into talent, engagement, and organization plans.

You will collaborate across HR functions to deliver high-impact HR programs, manage employee relations, and advance TikTok culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years HR experience; HRBP preferred.
• Experience with performance management, employee relations and data analytics/reporting.
• Demonstrated project management and change management experience; ability to drive programs independently.
• Analytical and data management skills with ability to translate data into action plans.
• Interpersonal communication skills and ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Knowledge and experience in the technology or Internet business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with assigned business unit(s) to understand business strategy and implement high-quality HR practices.
• Consult with line management, providing HR guidance on talent development, performance management, and employee relations.
• Assess team and employee development needs, make recommendations, and implement solutions.
• Manage disciplinary issues and advise leaders on handling each case.
• Collaborate with L&D, Compensation & Benefits, HR operations, and other HR teams to implement solutions.
• Drive employee engagement agenda for the business unit(s).
• Be TikTok's ambassador of organizational culture; plan and implement culture activities.
