Job summary

TikTok is seeking an HR Business Partner Intern to gain hands-on experience on strategic HR initiatives and day-to-day partnerships with multiple client groups in a fast-growing tech environment.

You will work with experienced HRBPs, support talent management, organizational design, and employee engagement efforts, and participate in reports, dashboards, and process improvements that drive business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Organizational Development, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across diverse stakeholders.
• Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights.
• Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Available for a full-time internship for a minimum of 3–6 months.

Responsibilities

• Support HR Business Partners with day-to-day business partnership across multiple client groups.
• Assist with talent management initiatives, including performance management, organizational planning, and employee development.
• Analyze HR data and prepare reports, dashboards, and insights to support workforce planning and business decisions.
• Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives, team events, and organizational culture programs.
• Support organizational design, headcount planning, and people-related projects as business needs evolve.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, and HR Operations.
• Conduct research on HR best practices, market trends, and people programs to support strategic recommendations.
• Support additional HR projects and process improvement initiatives as needed.
