Job summary

TikTok is seeking an HR Business Partner to join the Global Business Solutions HR team in Los Angeles. You will translate business goals into HR roadmaps, coach leaders on people matters, and design dashboards to guide retention and growth.

You will lead org design, performance cycles, and D&I initiatives while fostering cross-functional engagement. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in HR, 3+ as HRBP, and strong experience with data tools (Excel/Tableau/Power BI) in a fast-growing, matrixed

Qualifications

5+ years of Human Resources experience, including 3+ years acting as an HR Business Partner.
Experience partnering with commercial, sales, marketing, or scaled operations with revenue-focused talent.
Experience executing talent management, organizational design, and performance strategies in complex environments.
Strong ability to leverage data analysis tools (Excel/Tableau/Power BI) to drive HR decisions.

Responsibilities

Translate business objectives into an HR roadmap and drive end-to-end execution.
Coach leaders on people matters, succession planning, and building high-performing teams.
Design and monitor HR dashboards to extract actionable insights for retention and scaling.
Lead workforce planning and restructures to ensure agile, scalable operations.
Oversee performance management, 360 evaluations, calibrations, and leadership coaching.
Implement Diversity & Inclusion action plans to develop top talent.
Foster engagement and cross-functional collaboration across the organization.
