Job summary

TikTok Shop is seeking an HR Talent Development and Org Culture Project Intern in Seattle. The role supports HR projects, onboarding, leadership development, and culture initiatives within the Global E-Commerce team.

As an intern you will gain hands-on experience, collaborate with global stakeholders, and contribute to HR data analysis and program execution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree with preference for HRM, Sociology, Psychology or related fields.
• Internship duration of 3 months or more with a 5 days/week commitment preferred.
• Genuine interest in HR and long-term HR career development.

Responsibilities

• Support assigned business units by understanding goals and aiding HR practices.
• Participate in HR projects including leadership development, onboarding, and learning & development initiatives.
• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing activities with evaluation of outcomes.
