TikTok is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join our Global Business Solutions (GBS) team in New York. You will translate business objectives into an HR roadmap, secure leadership buy-in, and drive end-to-end execution with cross-functional partners.

You will design and monitor HR dashboards, guide organizational design and workforce planning, and coach leaders on performance, succession, and inclusion.

Qualifications

• 5+ years HR experience, including 3+ years as HR Business Partner.
• Experience partnering with sales, marketing, or scaled operations.
• Ability to execute talent management and organizational design in a complex, fast-growing environment.
• Proficient in data analysis to influence HR programs.

Responsibilities

• Translate business objectives into an HR roadmap and secure leadership buy-in.
• Coach leaders on organizational effectiveness, succession planning, and high-performing teams.
• Design and monitor HR dashboards to extract actionable insights.
• Lead workforce planning and org design to drive agile operations.
