TECO Energy, Inc. seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to align HR strategies with business goals across leadership teams. You will guide talent, performance, and labor relations while driving change initiatives that reinforce our culture and workforce planning.

Required: 5+ years in HRBP roles, experience in regulated utilities, and strong knowledge of employment laws. SHRM/HRCI certifications are preferred, with a focus on strategic advisory and program design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or related field.
• 5 years of progressive HR business partner experience.
• Preferred: experience in regulated utility industry.
• SHRM or HRCI certifications preferred.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws.
• Ability to interpret financial statements and align HR with budgets.
