Job summary

Four Seasons Heating & Air Conditioning in Bedford Park, IL is hiring an HR Business Partner to support front-line leaders and employees. You will drive talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management while ensuring regulatory compliance and a positive workplace environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in HR/OD or related field with 8+ years HR experience; bilingual Spanish or Polish is a plus. Travel to other sites may be required, and a strong benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• SHRM-CP/PHR certification preferred.
• 8+ years HR experience, 3+ years generalist.
• Experience in skilled trades/home-services preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish and/or Polish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Develop operating procedures and maintain handbooks.
• Serve as primary HR contact for field managers.
• Address employee relations issues and performance concerns.
• Interpret HR policies and employment law for managers and staff.
• Coach managers on interviewing and performance management.
• Oversee talent acquisition for office roles and post roles.
• Partner with hiring managers on interviewing and candidate selection.
