Job summary

Four Seasons Heating & Air Conditioning, a leading HVAC company, seeks an HR Business Partner to align HR initiatives with business goals. You will guide talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and engagement for frontline teams.

You will partner with managers to address concerns, maintain HRIS records, and drive compliance and training programs. Travel up to 10% and a 45-hour work week are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development or related field.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification from HRCI is required or expected.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in a generalist role.
• Experience in skilled trades, construction, or home-services is preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Bilingual English and Spanish and/or English and Polish is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
• Lead talent acquisition for office and professional roles; oversee job postings, sourcing, and interviews.
• Manage employee relations matters including conflicts and performance concerns.
• Coach frontline managers on interviewing, performance management and discipline.
• Coordinate onboarding, background checks, and licensing verifications.
