Four Seasons Heating & Air Conditioning, the leading HVAC company in Bedford Park, seeks a Skilled Labor Recruiter to attract trades professionals and support rapid growth.

You will own full-cycle recruitment, develop pipelines, ensure compliance, and partner with HR and marketing to craft compelling messaging and candidate experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development or related field is required.
• 5+ years of high-volume skilled labor recruiting experience in competitive markets.
• Prior experience managing ATS; implementation experience preferred.
• Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Bilingual English and Spanish and/or English and Polish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for skilled trades positions from requisition to offer.
• Ensure EEO and employment law compliance throughout the process.
• Develop recruiting strategies and source vendors and resources.
• Partner with HR leadership and marketing to align messaging and materials.
• Evaluate social media recruitment presence and opportunities.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and references; manage offers.
